Important Information: Hindu Dharmrakshak Sangh is a religious-social organization. Membership fees are contributions for the organization's religious activities.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests can be made within 24 hours of registration
- Cancellation not possible after ID card issuance
- Reason for cancellation must be clearly stated
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds approved within 24 hours of payment
- Full refund for duplicate payments due to technical issues
- No refund for incorrect information provided
- Refunds processed within 5-7 working days
3. Exceptions
No refunds will be provided in the following situations:
- Cancellation requests after 24 hours
- After participating in organization events
- For providing incorrect personal information
- For violating organization rules
4. Refund Process

- Include payment ID and reason
- Receive confirmation from us
- Amount will be refunded within 5-7 days
